Policies

Services are by appointment and may be scheduled online or by phone. It is recommended to schedule appointments with as much advance notice as possible.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 6 hours before your scheduled service time. Failure to cancel or reschedule appointments at least 6 hours in advance, or failure to show up for your appointment, will result in all future appointments being reserved with a credit card.

All appointments have a set time; therefore, if you are late to your session, it cuts into your service time. The original service price will be charged. Please call if you are running late, and I will do my best to extend your treatment time,  schedule allowing.

If this is your first visit, please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled service time to complete your intake forms.

Returning guests, please arrive 5 minutes prior to appointment time so that we may begin your service promptly.

Plastic gift cards may be purchased in studio, and e-cards may be purchased online.

I do not bill insurance but will provide you with a receipt you may submit to your insurance.
